I’m so thankful and I praise God for you being so vulnerable and sharing these habits because I’m going through this it’s so comforting that other believers are going through this with me . And just giving over control of our lives to God and allowing him to replenish us is truly beautiful .

As usual, I could relate to you. I started a No sugar diet this week & have been walking to work whenever I could. Thanks for sharing, Sarah. I feel like God is telling me now to start putting my phone away, drink a lot of water & start praying for more people. Godbless you always Sarah & Adam!

Yes!! I personally love my blue light glasses, it so helps with being on the computer so much and not being able to get much sunlight. I also started using a red light before bed which has been so helpful with sleep! And the tea, nettle and dandelion are amazing! Nettle has a lot of minerals which would be amazing for you since you’re not consuming fruit, honey or milk which has a lot of necessary minerals. Potato’s and squashes are also mineral rich. That’s something I wish my naturopathic doctor would have told me when I was used to deal with adrenal fatigue. As always, love your videos and look get so excited to watch them every time they come out!! ❤

I also had fatigue and later found out I was low on iron. You can check to make sure your iron is not low.

Think you for this video. If you don't mind, I feel you're stressed from other external factors, I would advise you remover whatever those stressors are, no matter how hard it may feel.

Loved this video!!! I was listening to it while doing instacart today. Would you mind sharing some of the links like to the headphones and evening primrose. Is there any specific almond brand you buy as well?

Thank you! The headphones are called “Bose” but you can get any noise cancelling ones and I also found these earplugs the other day and just ordered also for noise cancelling I got the “quiet” ones us.loopearplugs.com For evening primrose I take gel capsules and whichever brand I can find in health food stores but I like Omega Factors Ultra Prim or New Roots Evening Primrose! And no particular almond brand just whatever I can find and soak them 🥰💕

God bless Sarah! Thanks for the tips. I noticed you mentioned something I struggle with a lot, it is noisy public places. What are some other ways you cope, other than the headphones? Also is it something related to anxiety when we are just overly stimulated? Not a lot of people can relate to this so it's comforting to know you share that with me.

Hey Michelle! I actually don’t have a lot of knowledge on why some people are overstimulated more than others - I think there could be so many factors aside from physiological maybe related to trauma or just being a highly sensitive person I think there’s a lot of reasons which I haven’t looked too much into but I’d like to! I just ordered these ear plugs from a company called Loop and people who are overstimulated by noise where them all the time - I also saw on their Instagram the owner or someone talking about how because our world is so loud we actually should be wearing earplugs out in public etc. so ya pretty interesting here’s the link to the site! us.loopearplugs.com

@@NowBloom yeah absolutely it can be a number of different reasons .. one environment where I wish I can wear earplugs is restaurants lol but out of respect to our friends we cannot. Thanks so much for recommending them I will check them out! Absolutely life is getting too noisy, and I am in a small city in Canada that has just been getting too crowded so I’ve been wearing earplugs from Amazon but it’s not noise cancelling enough.

No didn’t, I didn’t see it actually just checking comments now! Sometimes KZfaq doesn’t allow certain comments because it thinks if found a key word that’s “inappropriate” so it doesn’t allow it to come through but often it’s a mistake! 💕

Okay thank you for answering :) I thought that it must have something to do with KZfaq, but wasn’t sure. I just wanted to know if you have tested your vitamin d, because I have and it is the reason for my extreme fatigue. I just thought that maybe it could help you as well. God bless you ❤
