How to use Protein to Stop Hair Breakage Have you ever wondered when it was time to do a protein treatment or if your natural hair even needs one. Today we will learn how to do Aphogee Two Step Protein Treatment and restore moisture and balanced to our strengthened strands
How to do a protein Treatment:
1. Cleanse your hair with a shampoo
2. Apply Protein Treatment to your strands fully saturating the hair
3. Do NOT touch, twist or manipulate hair
4. Blow dry or sit under a hooded dryer with your hair uncovered
5. Rinse hair under water without touching or manipulating hair until protein is rinsed away.
6. Apply the Aphogee Balancing Moisturizer and leave on for a few minutes.
7. Follow up with a deep Conditioner, rinse and style.

Greetings Michelle! I have been using your products, oat bar shampoo, leave in conditioner spray, Ayeurvedic oil, and deep conditioner for going on 8 weeks. My shedding has stopped completely!!! No need for me to gamble with Aphogee!

Great vid. I'm a low to medium porosity fro so I try to do this one quarterly or 2 weeks before coloring my hair. Can you share your thoughts on the 2 minute reconstructer. I use that one before and after a protective style like braids. I've started using some of your teas so I may not need that one much longer!

Which DIY protein treatments do you use? Most at home ingredients do not contain small enough protein to penetrate the hair strands

What if you don't have a blow dryer or hooded dryer? I have this protein treatment for a year now and have not used it

You need a dryer of some sort for this product. This is how it gets hard as a helmet on your strands.

@@childofgodforever6614 there are plenty other protein treatments. The protein ingredient you are looking for in a conditioner is hydrolyzed wheat protein.

My hair has been at ear length for YEARS now and refuses to grow. Do y’all know any channels where the channel owner actually had short hair before and was able to make their hair grow? I’m getting frustrated seeing all these women with long hair who have always had it, and don’t know the struggle of having ear length hair.

I am afraid 😨 from prior experiences back in the day before natural products were really relevant.. my question is can you get the same results from rice water and or quinoa??? They both have protein in them and both are natural products!!

Soo technique you can’t unless they get hydrolyzed. I will be doing a few different types of protein treatments soo if Aphogee isn’t for you, I’ll talk about some others

You are Brave! Although everything you use works for me, this might take me a while to try. I need to see how it goes for you until the next treatment….the same way I waited before I got jabbed to see if my friends grew extra limbs after taking the 💉 😂

@@NowIAmNappy I’m tempted for sure. A natural hair KZfaqr who renamed herself “Curly Hair Crisis” won’t say what she used,…but 🤔 Smh. She left something in for too long and it was OVER for her hair 😩. I’m glad you’re showing the right way to use this. 🙂

Be careful with this product & know what your doing & what products your applying afters...so they don't interact. Always do a strand test. Also, please read instructions before application, I believe it says to apply no more then every 6 weeks.
