The alien hunter who tracks its prey across the stars goes by many names: The Yautja, the Hish, the demon who makes corpses of men, but most of us know and fear him as the Predator. From the original Predator movie in 1987, to the upcoming The Predator 2018 movie, the Predator is one of cinema’s most iconic aliens, and every Predator kill and Predator death is a testament to the skill of this elite hunter, and from what we’ve seen of The Predator 2018 trailer and every Predator clip, The Predator 2018 movie from action icon Shane Black is going to up the ante of insanity when it comes to Predators.
No compilation could fully convey the sheer amount of carnage wreaked by the Predator. From his first hunt against Arnold Schwarzenegger, to his most fearsome foe Danny Glover in Predator 2, to the plurality of Predators 2010 and beyond, we’ll show you why the Predator has racked up such an impressive Predator kill count over the years. Even the non-canon AVP crossovers have plenty of impressive kills, although AVP and AVP Requiem haven’t aged as well as the original Predator series. Still, the Aliens vs. Predator franchise has weathered the storm of mediocre movies, and the Alien vs. Predator idea is still fresh in fans’ minds, so now we must simply wait for the upcoming new Shane Black Predator movie to unleash the horror once more.

She is wrong about the jungle hunter being a sore loser. The yauta follow a strict code of honor which is. Don't kill women or children. Never kill unarmed prey. The only time a yauta will disobey rule 1 is if they were being attacked by said kid or woman. Also their last rule is if they lose a battle they kill themselves by using the gauntlet explosion to wipe any trace that they were there so she is actually wrong he killed himself because he was following the code of honor. They commonly do that when hunting xenomorphs ( alien) to wipe out the xenomorphs so they didn't spread throughout earth. So clearly she didn't research enough. Also there is one more rule:don't kill sick prey

Yup. The three dots represent unity and teamwork. There are three because during the Youngblood’s coming of age ceremony he and two others must kill an animal native to Yautja prime. Although The Yautja do have extremely high tech, they are very serious about about traditions. In ancient times, the yautja made their masks out of the animal’s skull. Then, they painted the three dots on. Anyway, after they defeat the animal they go out to another planet to kill a xenomorph. There is usually only one Youngblood left. If the Youngblood kills a xeno then they can be blooded. Then they go back and kill the animal, this time by themselves. If they kill it, only then can they have the honor of using a shoulder canon. Predators have to prove they are strong before using fancy weapons. After killing the animal they are now blooded warriors or hunters. Then they can hunt for sport and collect trophies. On top of that, they do have a code of honor. If they don’t follow the code of honor then they are what Yautja call Badbloods. Badbloods are not allowed on the Yautja Prime planet, and are either killed or dropped on another barren planet, such as the xenomorph’s native Planet.

I always thought the predator got face hugged when he was busy doing his face ritual and took off his helmet, he was fiddling with the face hugger he cut in half, burned his forehead and when he stood and turned another face hugger jumped at him, cut to a diff scene.

Two things since I love this franchise: 1)the mud doesn't cool your body temp, it insulates it, so your body heat doesn't escape aka shows on the infrared 2)the laugh at the end was a recording, of billy when he laughed, projected as the predators voice since they can't make human sounds...they record everything("mother ship"), video&audio like a vlog for future R&D(turning a weakness into a strength)...why in the later movies, the body heat "mask" doesn't work when the predator simply changes his spectrum reading...love these movies...though they're starting to get crazy #waitingforthenextone

The main reason why the Predator killed himself in the first movie was that so if he ends up dying, he want to make sure no one uses’ other Predator technology.
