Personally I prefer this version over the webcomic. Her succumbing to the injuries from the prior big battles gave her a perfect excuse to still view Saitama as less than he really is. With this version it allows her to understand his scope a bit better and really shows how drastic the gap between them really is. She can't as easily write off this version of events as a fluke (she still can technically, but it'll require a lot of mental gymnastics lol).

This has to be one of the most wholesome endings I've ever read. This is why Saitama's #1.

Tatsumaki just goes to show how overpowered boros kneeing Saitama to the moon was, as while she attempted to launch saitama into space she couldn't because he was too heavy, boros sent our boy to the moon. Honestly a greater feat that the collapsing star cannon imo as we now know saitama has a higher weight, and therefore density, than what is humanly possible. No one ever addresses this in strength calcs for this feat 😢. Good vid and keep up the great work.

I think it's also interesting to note that Tatsumaki referred to the Blizzard Group as Fubuki's "Friends", as oppose to a hindrance. I might be over thinking things, but I think that's a sign of her growth as well.

That he did it to help her to understand her shortcoming in concern for others has piqued her curiosity. Saitama is unlike anyone she's ever encountered and thus worthy of her respect since he is invulnerable to her powers. That Saitama is interested in helping her be a better person, and hero, shows his interest in her and is indicative of developing concern for her emotional development. I like the potential of a Tatsumaki and Saitama relationship in the story. They just seem to have so much in common despite their differences with each other, and it’s pretty funny to watch them butt heads. That being said, Fubuki has known Saitama for a longer period of time, and she does have closer ties to Saitama’s friend group. Personally, I feel like it would be much more comical to see a relationship between Tatsumaki and Saitama, so that’s the one I would choose if I were the writer.
