This is the first video in our series about the NPI process. In it, we'll explore why a pilot run has a very important role to play before we progress into mass production.
A pilot run helps reduce risks when launching a new product as it allows us to test the production line, find issues, and also see if product quality and even the packaging reaches your expectations.
Chinese suppliers may be reluctant to conduct a pilot run, but it's important to slow them down and do this as it's an effective way to avoid problems that would cause a lot of trouble if they occurred during mass production.
