Victoria Monet finally got her flowers in 2023-2024. Now it's time for Tinashe to get hers. This woman's musicality, like Victoria's is just so distinct and beautiful. (And I'm still mad about "Songs For You" not getting the love it deserves as one of the best albums of 2019.) Tinashe's time is coming sooner rather than later and I'm here for it! One of my favorite things about these concerts is getting to watch the musicians be absolutely in love with the music they are making. You can tell they are all just feeling it!

Tinashe and team went OFF here. I've never added a song to my library as quickly as I did here with Treason.

Really impressed with how well she transitioned some of these songs to a live crowd with more of a acoustic vibe. Great artist and her looks my god.

A lot of artists put together some really pleasant arrangements for these sets, and I often wish that it could be how their music normally sounds. This girl could bring the vibraphone to the airwaves! Really good performance, really well-arranged. Props to the drummer/musical director.

And what about "Touch & Go"? I feel so spoiled that she choose my favorite track from Songs for You! It's one of her best compositions, and I so much enjoyed the new bridge she sang with that powerful break right after! Gave the song a whole new impact 💗

Treason is one of the best opening tracks I've heard in a while. I hope someday she has her own personal acoustic concert or EP or album even. This was great, and also awesome she plays vibraphone (percussion squad 🥁). My only complaint is that it was too short!

I love this!!! I agree that the sound of the instruments took a spot over Tinashe's singing, but she did great nonetheless and I much rather hear these songs with new instruments either way. I never liked "2 On" but this new version, all grown up and sexy, is right up my alley! Kudos to the whole band and NPR... and Tinashe of course, these re arrangements were all interesting and original 🥰
