The North Penn School District Safe Schools Committee organized a Drinking Under the Influence (DUI) two-part prevention event for its senior students, which consisted of two separate assemblies: a reenactment and the aftermath.
On the first day, a DUI Reenactment will took place in the North Penn High School bus circle. The following day, students watched a film titled, "DUI Aftermath: The Choices You Make."
The purpose for these events is to encourage senior students to think about and reflect upon what they have seen as they move into the prom season, summer and into early adulthood. Choices and consequences will be the main theme emphasized.
