holy crap!!!!! This and your steering wheel update has me shopping for an older C63 right now, it was one of my favorite cars I ever owned it was those two bits of outdated interior that eventually led to me selling it. This is so cool, thanks for sharing

Great job Mike! That is an awesome upgrade to the infotainment system.

Now what you need to do Mike is get the Android auto/Apple Carplay adapter installed along with changing out your cigarette lighter with USB ports!! Then all you'll have to do is just plug your phone directly into your USB port where the cigarette lighter use to be and you'll have Apple Carplay at your finger tips!! This is what I did to my car. And what you can do is run the usb connections 1 to the back of your screen under the dashboard where the Apple Carplay will plug into and the other USB connection through your center console to your armrest compartment and plug that directly in to your usb port in the armrest compartment. And at the same time run your aux cable to your armrest compartment, buy a noise cancellor, plug your AUX into it and the noise cancellor in to your Aux port! Then when you switch over to the Android function on the screen, you'll be able to listen from the Android screen (i.e. youtube music, etc..) when driving and you won't get the noise feedback because of the noise cancellor! So when I plug my usb cable from my phone to the top of 1 of my usb ports, I get Android Auto/Apple Carplay + phone charging and when I plug my phone into the bottom USB port, I get phone charging only. My setup is so universal that i have so many options at the tip of my fingers that I can use my command unit from the car, go on the internet whenever I want. Use Google Maps for Nav or Waze for Nav or even still use my command unit for Nav! OH and also you should get the VIM cable harness too!! This cable harness allows you to enter destination on your command unit Nav while driving! This cable harness can be used with the cable harness that you installed for your Android screen, together! I've done all these things with my W204! NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER!! :D Hit me up on Instagram if you want to know where to get those other items! OH! ALSO... one more thing!! If you want to be able to use your car's factory antenna on the roof of your car, there's a company you can reach out to to have them make a custom split cable where your command unit AND Android screen can use the same antenna together, as well! Then you won't have to use the generic antennas that came with the screen!! I think this really brings the lights 6,3 liter V8 into modern times - it really looks like it has always been this car - basically it’s now a CLS or 205 C-Class from 2018/2020

This really is a cool update! I love those things! Done those things myself too in severall former cars of me. Like making a 2-DIN in my Audi A2, a 2-DIN in a 2003 Ford Ka, satnav system in a 2015 ford Fiesta. Doing some electronic updates on your car is cool

I had my 2014 C63 serviced last week at the dealer and the loaner they gave me was a 2020 model. This screen looks pretty much identical to the new style. Of course with the OEM you have both android and Apple car play already installed and ready to go.

It's an amazing screen. I installed the Android 10.5 on my 2016 E400 and love it! Has so many features and works easily with the OEM setup. You can switch to the OEM screen and works perfectly. Amazing product! 👍

I just got this for my 2013 benz... i was skeptical about the price and the install but it was WELL worth the money and it makes the car look 10x more modern and have gotten a lot of compliments
