nah brother, you can't just play to get out of depression. that way you'll eventually get even more depressed, you should always care about your health and mood first. and trust me when I say this, Valorant mostly fucks w my mental health even more (esp. ranked) but yea I do agree that sometimes playing w friends is really nice! DON'T JUST PLAY VALORANT, go out with friends or just alone & have a drink, stare at the sky for hours, lie down in grass and do little things which make you happy, internally.
