Ezra has the x-factor but his liability is his defense..Most tries scored by opposition teams are scored on the side where Ezra is defending..

Fifita was never going to be picked because of his last minute Roosters contract backflip. Saw the same thing happen with DCE backflipped on the Titans move and he missed origin 3 years in a row. Just isn't a good mindset to have and Slater doesn't want to reward it. Good on him I reckon

Cobbo can cover any position from 1-5 in case someone gets injured, it's a good choice for origin

Queensland usually pick their team accordingly, everyone complaining should relax I am positive if players don't show up or do perform poorly Billy and Queensland will make the correct call. Until then fans should have faith in their team, their coach and selectors.

Both coaches are of the same idea and strategy I believe.They pick new players and see if they perform well in game 1..Who ever loses game 1 will surely adjust and pick players who have origin experience..Game 1 is just an experiment..

This Maroons lineup was not what I expected to axe Fifita and Arrow big mistake. Dearden your gonna get owned by Hynes I'd prefer Mam instead I want to see him make his origin debut. Taulagi goodluck I hope you don't get smash by NSW strong defense I would of put Cobbo instead and coach Slater I hope you made the right decision mate.

Yeah put Mam in If you don’t mind nsw scoring all their try’s down that side. Taulagi plays hard for 80 mins. Better to have someone that can go 1-5 if/when needed and they can’t prep for Cobbo showing up in certain position.

Like who? Ben Hunt has done NOTHING wrong and literally won Queensland the series in 2022 he is a different player at state level, if he fails miserably I trust Billy will make a call.

Not happy with Hunt ,or kaufusi,kaufus is i a bit of a liability ,we dont need to be giving the blues a a leg up the pitch with penalties , or even worse a sin bin or a player sent off,but lets see,and has D C E ,got the game in him to do the same again like last year im not too sure
