Last but not least, Mister Psycho Power: M. Bison! the ultimate SF2 baddie remains a very interesting charge character to mess about. And with this Arcade mode run, that means I have made gameplay videos of every character (plus ending) from the game! I enjoyed a heck of a lot more than I was expecting, probably because I had set my hopes low with all the negativity surrounding Capcom's "quick cash grab and recycling of assets", but SF2 is SF2: a dman good game. Enjoy!

haha, he sounds funny like that. but being silent was pretty good as well, im ok with both. im sure back then he was silent because they didnt have anybody else to voice his moves back in CPS1. i mean, cmon, at least 2 characters shared the same voice lol. Dhalsim's Yoga Fire, Guille's Sonic Boom

Its fine, its because they took the the Japanese voices from Street Fighter 4 and put them here. You can turn the classic sounds on and he'll turn silent.

It seems like this port has the japanese arcade's AI. Enemies are easier to deal with than the american arcade AI, which was bullcrap all the time.

In Street Fighter 4 & 5 he weighs 112 kg in Ultra Street Fighter 2 he weighs 80 kg what kind exercise he's doing does he lift the dumbbells?

Granted you had a close call here and there. But the way you tore Balrog apart in that 2nd round was merciless. He looked like he was desperately trying to run away from you. I can't say I like the way Akuma comes to steal Bison's place. I would rather have it this way. If you fulfill all the requirements to face him, (that is not losing a single round, doing it in under 20 minutes, etc), you would get a bonus round after beating Sagat. That would allow you to fight Akuma. And regardless of whether you win or lose, you go back to fighting Bison in the end.

How do you do the scissors kick while crouching?

Not sure which move you're referring, but you can access the in-game move list to find out.

Regularly, it’s (hold back + forward + kick) You can still do it while crouching (crouch blocking) it counts as a back

(Hold back + forward + back + forward + kick) it seems complicated, but with practice it will be easy

At least they corrected Zangiefs ccountry from USSR to Russia and changed the Hong Kong flag to China's

MB 81 That was actually inappropriate because SF2 took place in the early 90s, so the Hong Kong flag with the British Union Jack would've been more appropriate.

Roger uhh duh.... I know sf2 took place in the 90s and the Hong Kong flag (at least) could of been the current one with the Rose on the flag. And FYFI I do know about the original Hong Kong flag

MB 81 The HK flag would not have been appropriate because SF2 takes place in the early 90s. HK was still under Britain's control. Same thing with the USSR flag. It was not Russia yet. This is the reason why Zangief's stages in SFZ2 & SFZ3 was still USSR. It's not until SF3 that the flags of HK (Yun & Yang) and Russia (Necro) would have been changed.

It’s all based on Street Fighter 4 Japanese voice overs. Whatever they said there for moves is what’s said here.
