Chorus:
Do you ever wonder why
This music gets you high?
It takes you on a ride
Feel it when your body starts to rock
(When your body starts to rock)
Baby, you can't stop (you can't stop)
And the music's all you got (c'mon now)
This must be pop
#NSYNC #Pop #Celebrity #HD
---------
Lyrics:
Sick and tired of hearing
All these people talk about
What's the deal with this pop life
And when is gonna fade out
The thing you got to realize
What we doing is not a trend
We got the gift of melody
We gonna bring it till the end
(Come on now)
It doesn't matter
'Bout the car I drive or
What I wear around my neck
All that matters
Is that you recognize
That it's just about respect
It doesn't matter
About the clothes I wear
And where I go and why
All that matters
Is that you get hyped and
We'll do it to you every time
(Come on now)
Do you ever wonder why
This music gets you high?
It takes you on a ride
Feel it when your body
Starts to rock
(Your body starts to rock)
Baby you can't stop
(You can't stop)
And the music's all you got
Come on now
This must be, pop

I appreciate that they made a song defending Pop music...all the boy bands and pop girls got hated on so much despite being the most popular music at the time. They were singing and dancing their asses off and got no respect. Singing and dancing and having a good time is valid, bro!

I think people are stupidly ashamed to admit that they listen to pop. I mean, Michael freaking Jackson was dubbed King of Pop and no one was ashamed to say they listened and liked his stuff. People are just stupid and hating for no reason.

It really is interesting the difference in performance and effort between this era of 'bland corporate soulless product' and more modern productions like Beiber and the Jonas Brothers. I look at the performance they did with Michael Jackson at the MMVAs and there was so much stagework, choreography, costume and set design, it was a different level entirely.

You'll want to look up the music of BT! (no exclamation point in the name, just my addition). He's the one to thank for all of the glitchy awesomeness in this track. One of the guys in NSync loved BT's music and asked to collab, thus this great track. BT originated this technique, or at least his way of doing it, which he called the Stutter Edit! He's the one who did the song that plays during the striptease in the first American Pie movie many years ago (tho under a different name). Check out BT "Mad Skillz", "Never Gonna Come Back Down", and "Running Down the Way Up"

nsync was pop royalty, and S tier as far as boy bands go. They did it all, their songs (like this one) had good messages, they could sing and dance to perfection live and in studio. I was too young to enjoy them in their prime but talent like they had is timeless imo.

*NSYNC is fucking amazing!!!!!! It was the only group who had 3 members who didn’t have pop voices, they brought this 3 guys with the best choir voices in the planet and threw this amazing harmonies in our faces!!!! People need to appreciate them, without Lance, Chris and Joey this wouldn’t have been a masterpiece. 2 pop singers + the best bass, the best baritone broadway singer and the best tenor. Those are voices 👌🏼 I wish all people could’ve understand the concept.

No man, with the 2013, it has all that wub and beat crap, but *this*, this is shows how pop music is really done, see back in the late 90s and early 2000s, pop music was on the rave, but they didn't need all that techno beat crap to be a good pop song, they just needed to have the 4 *HACK* traits of a pop song: *H* for Hip, *A* for Awesome, *C* for Catchy, & *K* for Kewl (as the 90's say it), and this song really makes my heartstrings strums with nostalgia for those times, it was a time when technology was starting to evolve, but it wasn't turning out youth into a-holes like today, you understand?

the Don of Creativity The problem with pop music now isn't the electronic element. After all, this particular NSYNC track was produced by BT, one of the greats in the electronic music world. The problem with pop music now is that it all sounds the same. There's no originality anymore, nothing catchy that we'll remember decades later. What basically happened is as electronic music became more mainstream you had actual electronic artists playing the same sounds and beats because it's what got them popular and pop artists doing the same because it's all they knew. You've got electronic artists selling out and pop artists trying to replicate something they aren't adept in.

They do have other songs where you can hear the others singing but it was quite common for one to be the lead in a boyband. dropped here by a Backstreet boys music video. I realized something I NEVER paid attention to: they DID gave justin like 99% of the voice, you can hear him clearly even when the whole group sings. it's so easy to recognize, you cannot miss it. While the BSB, on the other side, have easily recognizable voices themselves, none of them stands over the other when they sing. It's a harmony. It's perfect. there is no such weakness in their voices that one guy with the most recogizable voice got the lead. there is no lead. Sure, Nick Carter was the most popular, but he his voice was equal to all his other colleagues in the band. So basically, that one thing- having a lead in a band where everybody sings and puts the same value of "voice" in was a deadtrap to begin with. Which is really sad, I actually liked some songs of 'NSync, too.

+ProGamer if i remember right it was supposed to refer to a jumbo version of this video, i thought they did release it because there were two different versions one longer then the other, but if i remember right the jumbo pop never did get released due to some issue with the label or some other kind of difficulty i forget and somewhere along the line they said it wouldnt come out. also, trivia, joey fatone got hurt and is only in part of this video and the close-ups where it would be too obvious it wasn't him. he was supposed to have a big role in this video along with jc and jt but he was hurt and they had to have the choreographer the now infamous wade robeson step-in and take his place in the dancing scenes in order to get the video made and out in time. so thats why this video switches from showing joey quite a bit at first to basically shuffling him around and hiding him during the dance sequences so its not too obvious that it isn't him.
