When Ofori Atta described the free SHS policy of making it free for everyone even those who can pay as “senseless “ but you didn’t have any issues with that but when another Prof Sawyer addressed the need for means testing to ensure this policy is sustainable and the blanket free tuition of the SHS he describes as unintelligent, as for that you want to condemn but not the one that describes it as senseless. Double standard! Shameless.
