I can't believe that a footage as conclusive as this took the case 10 years to be concluded.

The time interval in this CCTV footage says it all. It is not close to reality that rape incident will happen in the span of less than 2 minutes---- Vhong going out the elevator, walking at the hallway, knocking the door, Deniece opening the door for him, greeting each other; a little bit of talking probably, Vhong putting the food on the table, Deniece going out from her unit, walking the hallway and getting in the elevator. Saan dito isisingit ang attempted rape?

I like to ask about the security of the condominium. If these people are shown to gag anybody within their territory, two things could happen. If they did not notice anything, there must be lapses in security operation and they must answer for that. If they notice them, there must be spot report regarding intervention or observation. It fire arms were noticed, what have they done? Security should be investigate for negligence or possible complicity of the case.

The moment Vhong exits the elevator on the second floor and the time Deniece enters the elevator to go down to the lobby is only LESS than 2 minutes. But on the video while she was in the elevator, it does not seem that she is distraught or hysterical because there was a rape that occurred. Their story of Cedric hearing a scream and entering Deniece's unit and barging into the BEDROOM is implausible since Deniece had already left her unit and then after Cedric enters the elevator to go up to the second floor, so therefore this scenario is not possible since Deniece was not in the room when Cedric enters her unit. Deniece had already gone down to the lobby. While Deniece is in the lobby chatting with Bernice and the security guard (another CCTV footage in the lobby), she does not report an incident to the security guard. She just instructs the security guard not to let anybody enter her unit. She does not report a rape incident or does not show any distress while she is in the lobby, even when she goes up again in the elavator with Bernice and Cedric and down again with the whole group including Vhong whose hands were tied behind his back. It's too bad that this group is so DUMB to assume that their story will hold fast. Unfortunately, there is CCTV footage which contradicts everything they said!

I mean, kung ibi-base sa CCTV footages na 'to, ano pa kayang defense ang pwede nilang sabihin? Di naman sa pagiging nega pero mayaman kasi si Cedric Lee and may article pa 'kong nabasa na member daw ng Chinese mafia 'tong si Lee kaya malakas loob na gumawa ng mga ganito at never pang napaparusahan sa mga kasong kinasangkutan niya. I don't if it's true, of course, pero kung sobrang taliwas na sa naging statement nila Lee yung nakita sa CCTV at eto pa din sila, nakalalaya at nakakagawa pa ng interviews, sa tingin niyo ba, may mangyayari sa case na 'to?

60-62 seconds ang interval ng paglabas ni Vhong sa 2nd floor elevator at pagpasok ni Deniece sa 2nd floor elevator. in this 60-62 seconds, kasama na dito ang paglakad ni Vhong from the elevator to the unit, entering the unit, meeting Deniece and Deniece walking and entering the elevator. this means Vhong met Deniece face to face in less than 10-15 seconds

Actually, Vhong and Deniece would only have been together for a maximum of 40 seconds. The last time you see Vhong is marked as 21:59:52. Now the guy with Vhong at the elevator gets off the 3rd Floor and the elevator stays there until "someone" pushes the "down" button at 22:00:32. Deniece then enters when the elevator opens 20 seconds later at 22:00:52. Elevators in condos just close and stay at the floor they're at until someone pushes "up"/"down" in some other floor. Here, the elevator actually "stays" for 18 seconds at the 3rd floor from 22:00:14 until 22:00:32 when someone (presumably Deniece) hits the down button at the 2nd floor. Take away the time to walk from the elevator to her apartment (a distance of 8 meters if I recall correctly) and vice-versa and I'd say both Vhong and Deniece were within the apartment together for less than 20-30 seconds.
