I used to be timid about trash picking...but found the best thing to wear when trash picking is a tshirt that says something like ....Landfield Reduction Specialist..or Recycling Trash To Treasures..etc. etc..but have a hard time finding Tshirts made specifically about recycling, landfills etc. People treat you different when theyre reminded our landfills are filling up. Some may even put more stuff out for ya..instead of running you off...lol. Anyway..was wondering if you guys make anything like that or sell them on those teespring type sites? If so, please let us know. Also i found...after yard sales is a good time to trash pick..esp those off the beaten path that dont pull alot of traffic or advertize well..they throw away lots of good stuff. Many dont want to have to bring it all back in. Thank you for your shows. My husband and i love to watch your adventures.

Worked wkends doing product demos Hrly wage plus mileage.moved on to housecleaning. Could lv after kids went to school and be home before they got off bus. We drove them to school cuz ride was hr or more. But aft school they were first stop so bus time was 15min. Anyway... Housecleaner is lucrative. At this time I clean for one fam 4days WK. Ya. Cray. Also care of their adult daughter w autism and mental retardation. I am pd well there. Bout 8yrs ago I rented space at an antique mall. I sell vint, collectibles and toys. Been married 45yrs come June 16. Four kids together Life is sweet Keep on keepin' on

Im a trash picker from the 80s lol yesterday i found an electric scooter that actually looks brand new and works!! SCORE! We own a landscaping co and i collect all season and sell in the winter... works for us but struggle with where to keep it all

I buy Jewelry displays and ring displays.bi think she came out to make sure you wasn't trashing the trash up. You are a very polite trash picker I can appreciate that too so do the people you pick from. The dresser could have been painted and used for storage of things for auctions like tape scissors,etc. I would have taken the dresser painted it periwinkle gray and put fairies on it and put it on market place for a hundred bucks. Work only not press wood. That's what I would have done. I do me you do yawl and together we can make the planet better for our children's futures.

as a european its strange to see people common practie of trash throwing is place it outside their house, it are a good way for trash treasure pickers to prevent lot of things get trashed but they dont have it here thats foe sure, here they place usable stuff in a recyling place but only companys can get a hold of the good stuff.
