You can export electricity in another city. Just connect your electricity line with the main electric line . Also remember one thing each electric connection can output upto 400 W electricity, that's why you're producing so much electricity but only exporting 279 something Megawatt. Connect more lines with an outside electric connection

Pahad k paas tourism and vacation wali location banao with hotel, commercial shops and lounges, cottages etc and boost tourism as an industry and pahad kaat mat ab Keep one major line(bus + subway or tram) for transport within a city or a region and interconnect all cities with the main train line For intercity transport when building a subway or tram connect areas with high footfall like commercial regions, edu regions, work zones, try mixing a few regions and do not isolate these too much. Like small commercial shops can be build near or in the residential area, mix commercial zones with office areas too, can be build near schools too. Agar ye sahi se planned and placed ho toh jo kuch utilities banayega uska efficient use hoga. Whenever you build utilities spread them out so they cover and cater in large areas and mobilize the traffic throughout the cities instead of placing them right next to each other. Some utilities that take a large area and act as storage or maintenance place can be made outside the city rather than inside; here city/town is just an operational zone.
