I just started doing my nails. I love that feeling of “I did that!!” Of course if you look close you can see my mistakes. Thank you for making this so easy and showing me that you can mix diff products together. The nail industry has diffidently grown since my day. I am discovering diff brands and so excited to see you use something more affordable with apres nails.

when I use polygel to put on my gel nail extensions they ALWAYS POP off!! But when I used to use the plastic nails from Amazon they would always stay on good with poly gel...what works best for me is when I use the press on gel or the extension gel that comes with it! Polygel It is so much easier but mine always pop off like the next day

Love the shape and colour!! Question; can you get a simple colour change on gel x nails if they’re in good condition and have been on a little over two weeks? I don’t want a new set since they still look so good and would like to let them grow out back to my natural nails but the nail technician is advising me to either take them off and go back to natural nails or get a new set. I’m not understanding why I can’t get a simple colour change? Will removing the current colour and filing down the length cause the nail to crack or left?

Ouuuuu, what if next time you mixed both colors on plastic (or a surface that wont soak up the colors) to create a new color and painted that in the center of the two colors and then blended. I feel like that would take that bit up a thousand million percent, idk if that made sense. But these came out tf bomb. I LOVE the c-curve and apex on these.

They’re not dual forms, it’s a soft gel nail so it stays on! 😌

im confused u put polygel undel a full cover (press on) and then put them on ur nail but how come they didnt pop off because i have seen other videos where they use full cover instead of dual forms but they pop them off so do they pop off or no when u do this?

No they don’t pop off, they’re soft gel nails meant to fully adhere to your nail! You can use the extend gel from Apres to adhere the soft gel nail or you can use poly gel like I did! Hope that helps! 💕

At 8:40 did you cure it once you apply your first white polish on half the nail then, applied the second coat and cure again before ombring?

No I cured after ombré-ing, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to blend the two colors together.

Do you add anything to the brush to help ombré or you go in with a dry brush? I heard you say you wiped it with alcohol so I assume dry sorry I’m super specific lol

My last set lasted 3 weeks. You have to properly prep your nails before applying these to make sure they last long.

Should my nail be sticky after top coat i normally wipe with alcohol to help that, but maybe I’m doing something wrong 😩🤣

No its normal to wipe the sticky off after top coat! You keep the sticky layer after your base/foundation coat!
