Hey, Guys welcome back to the Kirsty Meakin KZfaq channel we have Andrea in today and we are going to be doing a full set of acrylic nails with gorgeous colours that Andrea has chosen herself!
Here is a quick look at the colours Andrea has chosen for this set we have some core powders from Glitterama as well as some coloured powders and we have Bubblegum Queenie and just legal, as well as some Glitters from A&A Glitter and Lecente Sparkle Supplies UK.
So we have already done Andreas Prep I’m going to wipe it over with some cleanup solution to get any oils off the nail
Now it's time to put some forms on, ill take the tab pop it on the back of the form take off the excess length rock that between my fingers close the end then I can put that on the nails and close it up and ill do that on all of the nails
Now I’ll give the natural nail one coat of Glitteramas power bond Acid Primer.
Now ill give the nails a clear platform for me to build on and I’m using Glitteramas Crystal Clear Powder
Then ill place some clear at the cuticle area and I can put some on the Rainbow Crush Glitter in there now I can take Just Legal place that at the tip and pull that back and then ill do it to the dainty doll and blend that over the rainbow crush and the Just Legal
And when you have that blend all nice we can cap that in clear
Now I’m gonna jump across to a glitter nail ill need a clear base and then ill go back into the clear but we will use it to pick up some of the Unicorn glitters and start laying that out how we like across the nail then we can add the Monsoon Season and the rainbow Crush when you have all the Glitter where you like it you can let it set up a bit give it a pinch and then cap in clear
Now with all of my nails sculpted I can take off the forms and start to file ill take a 150 Grit file and start straightening my sidewalls, now I can use my e-File I have it set at about 15 and I’m using my purple Swarovski bit to remove any bulk from the nail then ill use my 240 grit to make them all nice.
Now ill take the Crystal Totalis Gem Glue From Nailchemy pop a bit of that on the back of my glove then I can take my design needle and position that where I want my stones
Now I can pop my stones into the gem glue and give that a cure.
Now I’m using the Kirsty Meakin Glossy topcoat and ill use that to finish this set off just butting up to my crystals and an ill pop a little bit of cuticle oil on there as well and that’s it!
