Jamal Murray had 26 points and 10 assists of his own. Jimmy butler had just 14 points for the Heat. Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe react to Nuggets win.

Im going to miss Shannon!! He's the only reason I checked in to undisputed and the topics!! It was a way of life for me in the past 6-7 years. I even checked in on my family vacation over years on these important topics because i wanted to get that perspective from Shannon and he seems to always get Skipped involved speaking the truth. He made undisputed in my opinion 🤷🏾♂️

Here’s the funny thing. Many people said the Heat’s only chance defensively was to let Jokic score at will and take away his passing. What actually happened was the Nuggets let Bam score at will and took away everyone else. First chess match totally in favor of Malone.

Nuggets will win series. But game 1 came down to the Heat shooting 5/17 on open 3's (shot 48% against the Celtics). And the free throw difference (which was the Heats fault not the refs). But the ridiculous size advantage and skill set as a team is why the Nuggets probably sweep if they want to.

@@willault9120 yeah but the problem is if Jimmy isn’t healthy then I just don’t think anything will improve as far as rim pressure and getting to the line. Also I don’t know the numbers in depth on how many were open, but the Nuggets were 8/27 from 3 and a lot of those shots were really good looks too so I expect them to only improve from there too.

i feel sorry 4 u kids...i was in highschool when sportscenter was at its peak and it was honestly epic for about 7-8 yrs. I watched that sh*t EVERY morning b4 school, made it a point to. A lot of people seem to think Shannon’s departure is sudden or abrupt, but it’s actually perfect timing. The show primarily discusses the NFL and NBA - after the finals end, we’ve got nothing with either until the NFL preseason in August. While Skip and most other major network shows are gonna be scratching and clawing for something interesting to discuss in this time period, Club Shay Shay will have no problems remaining interesting with his guests and topics.

Can't stand when they say Jokic isn't a rim protector. He's no Giannis, but as long as he's not guarding perimeter scorers, he's generally a positive. He played great defense on AD at some points against the Lakers.

It's cause once a player gets a reputation it's stuck in casuals minds forever. A player can be a bad defender and then have 3-4 years of solid defense and they'll still see them as a bad defender. Happens in the reverse too where a guy who's a great defender has multiple bad defensive seasons in a row yet still gets seen as a great defender.

What no one is talking about, is HOW MUCH HARDER it is to shoot over tall and lengthy defenders...I'm a 6'6 shooter and remember cooking in high school, until I got a 6'9 defender that can really move put on me...I couldn't shoot threes nearly as much, had to start driving because the looming threat of a block was always there... The Heat looked 3 or 4 inches shorter on average. They would catch Aaron Gordon with a pump fake and he'd still block them after the recovery. Sure there were missed open looks, but it's the threat the defense creates that doesn't let the shooters catch fire. It's going to be tough for the Heat

Although most of us are fans of shannon. Skip was just as much a part of this show, as he was. Shannon's personality, and skips personality. meshed very well on the show together. Both of them will never find a partner like the other. Also it sucks for skip too, losing a partner like that. He can act crazy, and say some crazy stuff sometimes. But we are all human, and we all do at times. Especially when it comes to things we are passionate about. Best of luck to the both of them.

I can't believe this duo is coming to an end. The weird thing about watching this segment is trying to get a sense of whether or not there was any subtle tension between the two men SO GLAD they acted like professionals and did their job well. They even had a little bit of chemistry...which is very hard to do on television.

Even if he has wildly incorrect opinions sometimes, his ability to analyze and break down things is truly a talent he has. That’s why he’s been successful and a top dollar media personality no matter who he works with. I think he’s an idiot too but I can’t stand annoying stooges like you who hate just to hate, and don’t give credit where it’s due because you think you have to be on one side or the other. I’ve never watched a single NFL game and don’t know who’s who, but I enjoyed their NFL takes… imagine that, enjoying a discussion about a sport you don’t know because the hosts are just that good at discussing it. I will miss that, they made my time in traffic less frustrating 💔

When it was a topic where they weren't being trolls, they were excellent. Shannon brought his perspective as a HOF player and a fan and Skip brought his in-depth analysis. Hopefully Skip learns a lesson that having a friendship is more important than being right all the time.

Skip is absolutely correct on the attack point. Get Joker in foul trouble, there's a limit of 6 a game. But he's definitely gonna miss Shannon. It sucks it went sour somewhere between these two.

Although you guys had your differences and idk what the internal problems are but you guys were the BEST duo on TV by a landslide. Skips crazzyenss and Shannon's reactions are irreplaceable. Those LBJ MJ debates will be missed, the dew bets, goat mask and more.

If Nuggets won by 11 and they were 0-8 from 3 point in 4th and shot only 29% from three. They can continue doing what did in game 1 and just shoot 36% from point then i am not sure if Miami can handle Denver. Jokic will be more physical against Bam and get him into foul trouble. Denver is good in size and skills and very Athletic

People who think Shannon leaving is a good idea don't understand what these guys each brought to the table. They are the ying to the other's yang. They will both continue doing their thing and being great at it, but the chemistry they brought out of each other, that is not going to be replicated again. I'm a fan of Unc and I wish him the best in all his future decisions, but we should acknowledge Skip is special and we watched the show to see them debate each other, but also agree on most topics related to character, integrity and life. Ego and pride gets in the way, but these are two good people and they made our nba watching fun and kept us company. I couldn't wait for their shenanigans and rants, I will really miss this duo in sports media, the only show I ended up watching, that and Gil's arena, the others are simply clowns.
