Mavs have the deeper bench Nuggets really more about the starting 4 and they got weaker now losing KCP. There bench outside of Westbrook is a lot of young guys and that doesn’t really translate well at all. I don’t see the owner spending right now for the nuggets.

@@jv.loneee788 Call me what ever you want, but Dallas has the more talented roster on paper. Add the fact that Denver lost to the only 50 win team they have faced in the last 2 post seasons and I'm even less convinced about their pedigree.

It’s the Mavs. Nuggets are still gonna be very good, but at this point the Mavs roster is more talented and it feels like with the addition of Klay they’ve solved their biggest problem while maintaining their identity from last year. Nugs have only gotten worse this offseason.

2:45 tbf we didnt see a fully healthy luka during that playoff run either, he was clearly hurt so even if jamal is fully healthy come playoffs unless luka injured again mavs wipe

Mavs just played 4/5 months with this squad and made the Finals. This off-season they got way better, if injuries respect the team, they will make finals again.

Denver is the only team that did not make the finals, didn't even make the WCF and got worse roster wise already short handed last season now they let go of their top 2 best defenders arguably their best defender that y'all still pick them over the team that made through the finals and got better. Nuggets have been so reliant on that starting 5 man, and NOW they just lost KCP! We also gotta take into account that Jamal is super injury prone and we are unsure if he will be healthy once again in the 2025 postseason. Mavs upgraded a little. The odds of Dallas returning is higher. That doesn't even mean they will. OKC and Minnesota will be better next year.

Teams are going to attack Luka mercilessly every time down court The Celtics exposed Luka BAD They showed that if you relentlessly go at Luka not only is he historically bad on defense but he becomes so exhausted because he's in terrible shape his offense also suffers

Hella games. ???? Guess he’s never seen a game 7 series. Mavs got better and beat the team that beat them in 5. Denver got worse and have yet to beat a true 50 win team, if Dallas had the luck of playing 44 win play in teams they’d be champs too.

Mavs went the finals beat wolves in 5 the team that jus beat Denver in 7 lost easily to Dallas while the two best players on Dallas was clearly way better then anybody in Minnesota and saying Jamal and jokic better duo then Kyrie and Luka laughable while adding klay who just avg 18 points on a down year and will most def play better next season lol be real Dallas is the best team in the west and when they win 57 plus games this what’s finna be the excuse this year 😭😭

So tough to say, one team got better and the other got worse. However, it's hard to bet against the team with the best player in the world and arguably the best duo in the league that won a championship just in 2023. The Mavs are good, but Jokic/Murray have done it before, so I say Nuggets just slightly. Both will certainly be in the mix for quite some time.

Great for sure but he’s never sniffed an all star game and was pretty awful in the playoffs this year all things considered. I just can’t see them being close to Jt and Jb who are two lock top ten. You did say arguably honestly I came off pretty harsh I just can’t see an argument for them being 1.

@@gnomechomsky2524 Edwards is better, Naz Reid and Mcdaniels played. Jamal and kcp being “banged up” isn’t enough of an excuse because a lot of players deal with nagging injuries that we don’t hear about. If he missed games it’s a different story.
