Yeh REVO wala banda jhoot bol raha hai, isne koi number lagwane k liye nai diya.... jab aap excise office gari ki file aur paise leke jaate hein toh ussi time 5 minutes mein aapko number issue ho jata hai, file rakh li jaati hai aur ek receipt bana k di jaati hai aur saath aapko time bata deite hein k kitne time baad aapne apni file aur registration card pick karna hai, aur number plate aapko ghar pe pohanch jaati hai
