I’ve had a bit of a different experience as far as the grinder sensitivity goes. My shop got our Mythos back in 2018 and it’s super sensitive. Sometimes the adjustments I need I can’t even achieve because any amount of adjustment seems to be too much.

a question that I ' ve always had, is if the fact that the espresso bean storage can be either empty or full with 5-10 kgs of coffee beans, if there will be any effect to the grinding process? If the weight of all the coffee beans above, can cause extra pressure to the grinder ? And that will cause a finer or coarser grind size - extra variable
