girrrllll you should get inserts for you shoes!! Then you can put them in whatever shoes youre wearing. Im a hairstylist and I get shin splints if I dont have the right support! I got mine from a running store where they did a 3D scan of my feet. Not necessary, but it was really cool because ive been told my whole life that i have flat feet, but i dont. I have a good arch but my feet roll in. So ive been getting the wrong shoes my whole life.

In my country we’re not allowed to take home our work clothes (if you work in health care) they have to be washed and stay at your work place because they carry so much bacteria. I’m amazed over how different other countries handle hygiene
