I have some Aleve in my bag because I never know how many max assist/total care patients or other physically demanding care I may have in my workload. I used to carry a microwaveable, machine washable heat pack, as well, when my muscles were tense before the shift and I knew I'd need it on my break. 😁 Are you still in Cali? I heard you say LA...have you been the SF Bay?

It was a gift. L'Occitane is the name of the brand. I went to look for it to re-purchase and it was too expensive in my opinion. I also like Nivea, or any shea based lotion will do!

Its called The Happy Planner. I got mine from Michaels. They have them at hobby Lobby as well

Different locations have provided different work environments for me. For the most part I can keep it at the desk in front of me (sometimes admin are annoying about it) Other times, If you work at a computer on wheels they sometimes have baskets on them. Generally I just have to be intentional and listen to my body!
