Thanks Priscilla for all you do. Are the agencies requirements not the same thing with the employers requirements,? So, with the self sponsorship, if do not meet up how do you get a job. I think they set their standard based on what the employers need.

If I am a RN in another country with bachelor degree and ICU experience 4 years, can I work as nursing assistant in US? Also do I have to go though the CGFNS if I’m coming over as nursing assistant? I plan to take NCLEX test within the first year. Also do I need IELTS too? Thanks you

Yes, you will still need to start your NCLEX journey early, it will help you. IELTS depends on the state you choose

Thanks priscillah I have followed you for the last 4 months am in nursing school upgrading to registered nurse in Kenya,am happy for the knowledge I get from your channel,question 1.If i start the process do NCLEX and do IELTS can your program help someone to get a job in U.S. 2.Am already a general nurse in Kenya(certificate) studied for 2 years and did my midwifery 1yr) if I decide to send my transcripts to CFGNS can they accept at this level.?because to complete to upgrading is taking another 2weeks.

Search for schools, get funding. All the best. Will cost you less to school in Nigeria though. Student loans etc here are a lot unless of course you Can afford to pay cash
