Bahut acha video. Regarding tax slab 10 lac min rakhe govt. 8th CPC ka fitment factor is most important atleast more than 2. Hona chaiy 2.28 is best. Our unions must bargain. No lesser negotiations plz

Koi itna bada kaam nahin hota hai.Govt.pe nirbhar hota hai k kitna time commission ko report dene ke liye waqt de.Congresss sarkar 2094 mein 2006 se cpc due tha koi pay commission nahin bithaya waqt pe 2009 ke election just thode der pehle commisiion ,jalad report employees ko benefit for vote lalch Phir ekecttion 2014 mein the pay commission 2016 ko due tha to pay commission 2012 mein allowance .To ye sarkar ki soch pe nirbhar karta hai haqiqi taur pe koi itna bada raupa nahin hain.3months kafi hote hain report tayyar karne ke liye.

अगर हम प्रत्येक वर्ष के इन्क्रीमेंट प्लस da को जोड़कर देखे तो लगभग 10 प्रतिशत की वार्षिक बढ़ोत्तरी हर वर्ष मिल रही है, इस हिसाब से मेरी सैलरी 7थ पाय के बाद बेसिक 21700 थी , और 2026 में 50 के तो हो जा रही है फिर बढ़ेगा क्या

ऐसा नहीं है। actual में जो वेतन आयोग के समय का आदेश है उससे यह स्पष्ट नहीं हो पर है कि भत्ते 50% DA होने पर बढ़ेंगे या इसे cross करने पर... जो भी हो, जुलाई की DA वृद्धि के बाद बढ़ जाएंगे

Do NOT worry… actually there is misinterpretation of the ORDER… they are interpreting that it shall increase when DA crosses 50%… while it has touched only 50%… Har jagah issue hai… govt ne isska faayda uthaya hai aur ab ye July 2024 ke DA ke baad hi increase hoga…

In evry CPC kyun rate of pay revise alag alag hota he ? Grade c & d ko kam aur A & b ke liya jada ! Jab ki entry pay to alreaday A & b ka jada hi he ! Govt. Should maintain equal ratio maintain karna chaiye. Else garib to hamesa garib hi rahe ga aur amir aur bi amir hote jaega

we do consider the feedback of each and one... these are very initial predictions... DA rates to be considered till pay commission (50+): 1. July 2024 2. Jan 2025 3. July 2025 4. Jan 2026 DA shall NOT be less than 68 to 70% in any state... record our words
