I knew I like this explanation and teaching. But when you gave the explanation why at the end of this video I knew, it was the Lord helping you instruct. Praise God. Clear purposeful teaching.

Love, I'm a Medical Lab Tech student and during DKA as a phlebotomist I sometimes have to go every 2 hours to do blood draws for these patients. It's helpful to know why it is so important to track electrolytes while treating with insulin and fluids.

I have type 1 diabetes, and I just ran out of insulin and I can't afford it. I understand what happens when blood sugar rises, so I am not going to consume carbs or sugars unless my blood sugar is low. Do you know how likely I would be to go into ketoacidosis?
