Hello,
today we present you our recipe for “nut rolls”.
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 500g flour (we use: 550 flour)
- 90g sugar (we use: raw cane sugar)
- 0.5 tsp salt (we use: Himalayan salt)
- ground vanilla
- 250ml plant-based milk (we use: almond drink)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 10g fresh yeast
- 80g vegetable margarine
Filling:
- 200g ground nuts (we use: 100g hazelnuts & 100g almonds)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- some vanilla extract
- approx. 120ml plant-based milk
Frosting:
- approx. 200g powdered sugar
- approx. 40g water
It made about 28 small nut snails.
