Keep in mind that the Tyranids will typically not evolve/create these massive creatures unless resistance on the to-be-consumed world is so fierce (i.e. Macragge) that the smaller, standard forms aren't getting the job done quickly enough or not at all. A weakly defended Agriworld will most likely be consumed with Gaunts, Rippers and perhaps Carnifexes, whereas a highly defended Forgeworld will require far more powerful forms, for instance those which can counter Titans and Knights. I wonder what the Tyranids would evolve to consume Holy Terra...

Yeh most is wrong, but in fairness the minis don't reflect the actual sizes of models. For example a Carnifex is supposed to be massive compared to a Rhino, but at the same time a Rhino is still smaller on tabletop than its actual scale... No way 10 dudes, the pilot and co pilot all fit in one of those bricks.

Interestingly, in the Tyranid lore it is mentioned that most of the bioships encountered in combat - in the 6 to 24 kilometre length range - are actually on the smaller side of the size spectrum of Hive Ships. These relatively smaller ships do most of the fighting and get rid of the space combat assets of the foe, and far larger bioships then arrive for harvesting and consumption of prey worlds. Some of those larger Hive Ships are alleged to dwarf Space Hulks and to be of moon sized proportions, many hundreds of kilometres across.

Hierodule isn't a bio-titan, while first introduced it was massive, but it's scale has been lowered and isn't of bio-titan size anymore, which size stats you're using reflect.

For all those saying “ThEse ArEnT AccUrATe tO tHe MiNIs!!!1!!” The Minifigures of ALL factions, are not the canonical size of the units in the lore. Goes for Space Marines and human factions as well, Knights are much larger in universe, Titans LITERALLY have cities on their backs. Ork Stompas are massive walking castles. And yes….Tyranid units are larger than their minis. Before you complain about the thing being “so wrong” understand the corrections first. Edit: for the Mawloc, its upper body is still the same size as the Trygon, but its length is longer if I’m correct. It’s still Trygon sized but its total length is much more massive than the other units, the model is just misshapen and weird looking being bigger than the Heirophant.

Nonsense list. To many errors to mention. The original Lore for Titans indicated that Titans fired bullets as large as Leman Russ tanks. The only land based Tyranid Bioform that rivaled the size of a Warlord Titan was the Norn Queen. The scaling on this video is horrendous.

That is the holy gospel of Titan's true scale which is completely disconnected from Tabletop scales to make it practical for them to produce. @@REgamesplayer The lore is the lore. It has no bearing on manufacturing considerations based on profit margin metrics. Of course they had to shrink the Titans to sell them as model kits. These 28MM Titans do not represent their actual lore based scale.
