Nutella Biscoff Dream Bar Recipe:
-Crush 220g Lotus (Biscoff) biscuits into a bowl. Set aside 2 tbsp for later. Add 60g melted butter to crushed biscuit bowl and stir
-Pour biscuit base into 20x20cm cake tin & press down very firmly. Refrigerate for 30min-1hr
-Beat together 600g room temp cream cheese & 100g icing sugar
-Half the mixture and in first half add 50g Nutella & mix to combine. In 2nd half of mixture add 50g Biscoff & mix to combine
-Layer Nutella mixture on cake base
-Add Biscoff layer on top of Nutella layer
-Whip 250ml cream & add on top layer. Sprinkle reserved Biscoff crumbs to decorate
-Refrigerate overnight for best results
