Nutella Stuffed Brownies!
Super easy to make!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (113 grams, 4 oz)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (170 grams, 6 oz)
1/2 cup sugar (100 grams, 3.5 oz)
1/4 cup brown sugar (50 grams , 1.75 oz)
3 eggs room temperature
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup all-purpose flour (85 grams, 3 oz)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (170 grams, 6 oz)
1 cup Nutella (226 grams, 8 oz.)

you could try aquafaba or flax eggs, but I haven't experimented with those substitutions, so I can't vouch for them. Here's my vegan brownie recipe, which doesn't contain egg www.piesandtacos.com/vegan-brownie/

Umm.. love the whole Iron Skillet thing. But if you put the Ice cream in the middle and don’t eat it all.. It’ll all go to waste. And that would Definitely Suck.
