Love The build. I have a tri fold on my Jeep JT Will the nuthouse bed rack fit? Also I am interested in the dual battery with rear control system interstates Into the rear as shown

unfortunately, the cover you have will not work with our rack. They are both tryin g to take up the same real estate in regards to mounting and the cover will not fold back as it will hit the uprights of the rack. Love the Gladiator!!! Does anyone make a Gladiator bed rack that can remove the roof top tent top part so you can take dirt bikes and atv when not using roof top tent?

We offer removable rails for the top of our expedition bed racks. Width maybe a little concern with the smaller truck bed widths with most racks as they taper in. Our rack can be removed via a handful of bolts fairly quickly as well, depending on the light package and how it is wired in. On our shop truck we use weather-packs to make it super easy to disconnect the lights

Our Gen 2 Hard Deck weighs 141# and the rack that bolts to the hard deck weighs 51#. Our aluminum boxes weigh between 34# and 54# depending on the size of the box. We offer them in 16", 34" and 52" long

did you say you covered up the 3rd brake light? Because on the JT it's tailgate along with the back up cam......nice set up may have to give you guys a call.

Yea we may have misspoken. We have been filming a lot of different vehicles lately. The High mounted light is good when your on a trail with some followers. When you crest a hill and dip into a low spot, it gives the guy behind you a little heads up. Its also good on dusty trails for the same reason.

The bolt on boxes don't seem secure to me. Couldn't someone just quickly unbolt the toolbox and run away with it or is there some bolts inside the box that hold it in as well?

the pull out boxes I hve seen for beds r ok but they don't hve lids when pulled out & r not designed to lock out as bed extensions like a slide out bed could. + I would like the bead boxes to b under the bed b4 they put it on the frame. That way I hve more wheel clearance the ht of drawer mounts & still hve a clean bed to use or rack or slide on to as well. Since I am God I can hve it my way but trying to get best product for every1 as well. Not sure how long or where or how it can work but seems logical to Me.Space dictates the size of drawers underneath big time & can't mess w/towing.

This vehicle has an aftermarket suspension lift on the truck. We have been using Clayton and AEV for suspension lifts for the Gladiator

can u make a double slide out tray meaning full 10ft of bed when u need it & slide down bed tight when u don't( 2 trays not 1 slide tray)? ppl can still overland custom swaps in & out w/tools for work, play, or camping but the short bed is the loser equation for work unless A sturdy double slide is poss. Piping, wood, etc hving real bed storage for work is key to Gladiators success.

Greetings! We have dozens of these units out in our HardDeck HC flavor, many with newer options we are offering, and no known structural issues we know of to date on our HardDeck's. The unit in this video was actually the first and a prototype. He just returned form a 2 week trip on the Idaho BDR this past Sept

We do Hemi conversions :) You could drop of your Jeep for a week and leave with a really nice Hemi powered overland vehicle.

You could install a decked under the hard deck, but you would have limited space between the underside of the hard deck and top of the decked system

Cool build. The video is wack because you used a wide angle lens therefore “fish-eye” effect throughout the video. If it weren’t four the the great build I would have not watched the entire thing.

Jeep looks good, however if a person wants to keep there Jeep dealership warranty intact without compromising it while under its warranty, if a person does all these super nice upgrades, FCA will be more than happy to wait for the customer to come back in to the dealer for whatever & they will document your Jeep upgrades, if FCA can wiggle out of a warranty! they will,,! they got more money & power than you do, unless a person doesn't care about a factory warranty,,, so re-think all these nice upgrades if you want a warranty to be valid & undisputed by the FCA dealership, FYI

look, I ain't going to write out a 3 page letter to reveal how the auto makers agenda operates, but I will tell you this, if people do upgrades that are not authorized & or installed by such a dealership its subject to the scrutiny of the dealership & headquarters & its language & its interpretation in & of the warranty,

You need to read up on the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act. Also it isn't the dealer that has the final say. The manufacturer has to be consulted and they must prove the part directly caused the defect in the part under warranty. Obviously a suspension modification would void warranty on suspension. But it wouldn't void warranty on your brakes, or your fuel system, or your stereo, etc... this information is well documented and supported by case law. Any information stating that mods void warranty as a blanket statement is just pure ignorance to the truth.
