I love this juicer lol a little bit of tequila, no wonder she is so happy

Hello I received one of these from QVC and I'm sending it back I'm sure I'm doing something wrong I wasn't able to read the instructions my eyesight is going bad and I need glasses lol. When I took this machine out of the box to use it the juice was pouring inside of the machine where the motor is and coming out of the bottom of my machine juice was all over my place it made a horrible mess. After the frustration and getting it cleaned up a few days later I tried it again and the same problem. I didn't put the cup under the juicer and allow the juice to pour into the cup as the fruit was being Juiced maybe that's what I did wrong I don't know but I know one thing when I try to use it a second time after I thought I cleaned it properly it made my place smell like rotting a fermented wine so it would have been nice to know how to disassemble this machine and clean it properly. So now I've got a machine fresh out of the box that leaks juice all over the place when I use it and after I get done cleaning up my mess and cleaning the machine makes it smell like something unsafe and unsanitary. I don't know what I'm doing wrong I really wish I could have had someone help me with this I thought about calling the company but it's sort of like calling the police for help when you need something you get a automated teller asking you to push a bunch of buttons to direct you to someone so that they can ask you a bunch of questions and direct you to someone that can direct you to someone that can direct you to someone where you can leave a phone number or email or someone can contact you as soon as possible and then get a phone call someday from a random number and you don't know who it is only to get a voicemail from the company telling you to call back in another time as a never ending cycle so I'm taking mine back and sending it to QVC then I'm going to go to Walmart I'm going to buy me a juicer and before my 90 days is up I'm going to return it get another 90 days and keep doing that until someday I need the money back that I paid for my juicer then one last time take their junk back to them and get my money back. It's hard to believe that people would get on here and talk about a product that they don't know anything about. Maybe it was in the video I don't know I got tired of watching it I'm sorry I'm discouraged I've literally spent hours trying to find someone to help me understand why this juicer leaks juice all over the place. And I have spent enough time trying to figure out trying to find a video trying to Google try to figure out how to clean this thing so I don't get sick from using it where it didn't get clean properly the time before. I'm sorry I know it seems like I'm just going on and on and on I'm just so frustrated with this machine and with the company and how this country handles customer service.

I Just bought it and I will give it back because I don't like it at all. Fisrt you don't see the juice so you don't know how much liquid you have until you put it in a glass. Second, the pulp is very wet and a lot of lost of juice in it. Third, you have to clean it all the time in between vegetables because the juice is very little! So sorry but I don't agree with all you are saying and I am juicing since years. Not a good one and no matter the price!

All centrufugal juicers (like in dis video) DONT produce good quality juice n cant juice leafy greens as a masticating juice...its better dan buyin shop juice tho...
