Thank you LaraDing! I feel like to EVERY problem the answer is ALL ABOUT your diet. I got the same thing with IBS and OCD. Like geeze, for two years I was eating pretty damn healthy and I still have IBS and OCD, I became SUPER depressed due to life events, and developed even more severe PMDD. I like how some people think food is a CURE ALL, though. I mean, yeah, it helps but it doesn't get rid of the problem. We're not trying to lose weight here. We're trying to have the DESIRE to get out.

Agree diet helps me but doesn't solve the issue

What helps me.seems.to be whole wheat grains like granola, oats and pasta. Keeps me.full and energised.
