Why are you telling these people to eat bread, pasta, etc.? These things have sugar and anybody fighting cancer should not be eating anything with sugar in it!!!

First of all mediterian foods are better than normal western style recommentations but even eating it and eating whole foods is not enough. Cancer cells gets nutritions from carbs and carbs are fuel for the cancer to go one and spread. Even that mediterian style eating cuts lots of carbs away but there still is carbs. If you eat carbs you are giving fuel for the cancer cells to operate and spread. If you stop eating carbs you will cut the fuel from the cancer cells and those are going to starve, cannot grow and make new cancer cells. So the first thing is to stop fueling/feeding the cancer. I would claim that keto diet or carnivore diet would be much better option. On keto and/or carnivore diet you´ll get energy from fat and proteine. You need proteine for building blocks to cure your body and from fat you´ll get ketones that feeds your muscles and brains. But same time you should get rid of inflamation from your body so you need to stop eating processed foods and fats. No margarin or any seedoils. Use instead EVOO, coconut fat/oil, real butter and fat/grease from the meats and fishes. There is tons of videos about keto diet and carnivore diet. Use those to get started sugar free healthy fat diet and stop feeding those cancer cells. That should give you huge benefit to fight against any cancer. At least it is worth to try. If this saves your life and gets you cured as well remember that you decide and in the future keep the carbs away and enjoy your life healthier. This might also cure you from type two diabetes, insuline resistance, inflamations from your body and many other diseases as well so don´t freek out if you get cured from other problems as well.

I am struggling with eating and drinking due to mouth ulcers and a sore throat. Eating has become a time-consuming and painful chore. I can manage thickish soups, noodles, but nothing really solid. Also, I struggle with too thin liquids, I tend to splutter and choke. I hate smoothies, I would rather have a soup. But I worry that I have lost my fibre, as I am becoming constipated.
