Heat 2 tbsp oil. Add 1.5 tsp cumin seeds. Add 4-5 finely chopped garlic cloves. Saute. Add in 1 finely chopped red onion. Add 2-3 slit green chillies. Add 1 medium potato and saute. Add 300 g of chopped green beans. Sprinkle over salt. Add 1 tsp rcp, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp dhaniya powder, 1 tsp amchur. Mix well until all vegetables are coated. Cover lid and cook until potatoes done (5 to 7 min) Open lid and mix. Then add 1 medium sized chopped tomato and mix. Cover lid and cook for 2 minutes. Open lid. Sprinkle over 1 tsp garam masala and chopped cilantro.

Aaj mai apki ye recipe try krne ja ri hu. Mai to ab koi b sbji bnane se pehle apki recipe search krti hu kyuki daily use wali sbji b aap itne ache se btati h. Lauki ki sbji ab mai hmesa apke style se hi bnati hu to sbko bahut pasand aati h waise mujhse beans ki sbji achi ni bnti isliye mai search kr ri thi thanx ki apki recipe mil gyi plzzz aise hi aap share krte rehna.
