In the clinic I worked they were recently sold the office to a bigger corporation and the HR team is in a different state and sometimes its hard to get a hold of them.

That is so common, and frustrating.

That's awesome! That's a tough exam, but you're clearly doing all you can to prepare for it. Excellent! Let me know how it turns out for you. And in the spirit of full disclosure, I had to take the SPHR exam twice. Wasn't so well prepared the first time.

@@NutshellBrainery Also, your videos are cutting edge so I'm very surprised by the number of views you have on them... There are several ways you can increase up your views organically...for example, as SHRM exam window is approaching you can join the Facebook groups and post your videos. You'll be helping a lotttt of students and of course, your views will increase, Win-win!! I'll send you my bill at the end of the month :) Kidding😂

Thanks a ton for your encouragement and insights!! And hey, your Facebook idea isn't bad at all. I'll have to look into that and see what I can do. Also, I'm especially glad you're finding value in the Career Change series. I feel like so many people are stuck in unfulfilling careers and just need to take the brave step to plan their way out. Thanks for giving then a look!!

@@NutshellBrainery You are most welcome. I agree @ stuck and not willing to take that step. I did my degree in law, but I really love HR and I'm working in that field for a while now.... Thanks again for sharing your knowledge 😊 I'm looking forward for more of your self-help videos.

Sometimes I get curious about what things are true across all human cultures, as that could help get an idea on how they split off from one another. Indeed, when world-building a fictional alien species and it's different cultures, I like to start at the central concept that defines their morality, or at their biology, psychology and behavior, figure out one from the other, then think of different interpretations that different cultures of that species would have about how to adhere to that concept. Also, because of one of the comments below, do you have any information on how to handle selling/buying an office to/from another company, for employers and employees?

Afraid I don't know much about buying or selling office space, but one day you'll teach me!
