This is a MASSIVE supercut/full highlight reel of our first Pokémon: Friendlocke playthrough! Where my friends take the roles of my Pokémon in a Nuzlocke styled challenge.
This version of the series features a much more streamlined experience for easier viewing, as well as editing out various interruptions like re-introducing the rules every episode amongst other things. I'd say that this is a sort of "definitive edition" to the entire first season.

He didn't know one of the primary rules for keeping your pokemon alive: Always play around the critical hit. Leaf Blade crit always one shots Gerber there. Meanwhile, a switch to Gabi potentially saves him. Or Monster but that risks a crit too.

for how fun and silly this series is, it really does feel like one of the best interpretations of what a Pokémon journey would be like. it starts all goofy and just a bunch of friends joking around, but by the end of it you're about to cry because of just how far you've come.
