I just want my money to keep outgrowing the inflation rate. That’s why i've been looking for the right companies now to invest about 150k i have packed in the bank, i hope NVDIA is the right choice. Just don't know strategies to employ to make significant gains.

QCOM, AMD, NVDA are all good buys.

Chose quality stocks and follow them up. If you're not one for such complexities, hire a financial advisor to grow your money. I use the latter. Pulled in more than $46k in the last quarter.

The economy and stocks are two different things these days, but i agree, I think it's brilliant to have a portfolio advisor for investing! The market's instability makes DIY risky. You don't need to find the next NVDA to succeed in investing. I've turned 330k into $25k in quarterly dividends using a fiduciary, a major milestone.

This caught my interest. I worry that I have a couple more months before retirement, and I want to switch to using a financial advisor, but I don’t really know how to find one.

There are many independent advisors to choose from. But I work with "Melissa Elise Robinson" i and we've been working together for almost four years and she's fantastic. You could pursue her if she meets your requirements. I agree with her.

I suggest you offset your precious metals and get into digital stocks, Downturns as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

To the newbies I would say have a mentor. Not sure where you will get an experience one, but if your knowledge of the market is limited, it seems like a good bet.

Very true. Despite having no prior investing knowledge, I started investing after the pandemic and pulled in a profit of approximately $950k that same year. In reality, all I was doing was getting professional advice.

When it comes to situations like this, it’s wrong to engage in a single option. I suggest diversifying into various options with high performance coupled with the experience and aid of a finance Pro will generate bigger dividends and balance volatility.Thankfully, I can attest to the success of this approach seeing my portfolio of $330k grow by 85% in 3 years.

Sincerely it's best to seek an advisor right now, unless you're canny yourself. As an eBay reseller of all product categories, I can tell you we’re in a deep recession and everyone is running out of money.

One question, please! Is NVIDIA a safe buy to outperform the market this year? I'm tired of these new buys every week, just to make up some assets with a low percentage on my $236k portfolio and try to keep everything around 10%.
@SharlaJordan35 күн бұрын
I've always advised the investors I know to exercise caution when it comes to new buys, especially right now. You should thread the market with the guidance of a qualified specialist or reliable counsel if you don't know where to look.

@@SharlaJordan3 I deal with an investment advisor for this reason. I currently have over $800k invested in a diversified portfolio that has grown exponentially and is suitable for all market seasons. Our current project for this year is a more concrete ballpark target.

The question is do earnings continue to increase. Can they meet the demand. The hardware is on backorder. If TSMC can ramp production we are good to buy. A quick search says that TSMC is trying to quadruple production over the next couple years. Is TSMC production continuing to increase THIS quarter?

The question is, will the companies that are pouring billions into these Nvidia ecosystems realize tangible results (profits) to justify their investment in AI and then once installed and up and running, will they still have need for the next best chip innovation in line or will they find that they bought so much of the Hopper and Blackwell systems that their needs have been met and may not need to keep upgrading every cycle. Nvidia will have to lower margins going forward to stay competitive as other companies start catching up.
@lisaej244 күн бұрын
For new investors who have minimal funds to invest right now and who are late jumping on the NVIDIA train, would you recommend the SOXQ etf for them? I know that SMH is the leader of reasonably cost ETFs in the sector, but do you believe SOXQ is a rising star and ideal for newcomers to investing?

Buy NVIDIA NOW!
@TheKosiomm4 күн бұрын
Sell NVIDIA at 120/130 so you can buy again very soon at 190 :) if you get lucky of course. High frequency algorithms doing very spectacular job on the stock market in the last few days :) Common people need to understand that ALL TECH Companies depend on NVIDIA's vast array of products and most importantly their DATA CENTERS and Robotic Brains. No other company can or will be able to compete with their products and importance for at least the next 10 years. In other words, everybody else is SLOW and POWER inefficient. Like it or not, these are the facts, and they are here to stay for a long, long time. Designing and executing reliable products of this magnitude is not something that others will be able to catch up in this decade and more.

This guy doesnt know what he is talking about. Nvidia is nowhere close to an LLM that can reason and therefore create really good software. That crown currently (and very recently only) goes to Anthropric. OpenAI and Gemini are not far behind. What Jensen is doing on software front (a must to broaden Nvidia's appeal) is offering NIMs. These are expert AIs in themselves in focussed areas- for example specialized in human looking Avatars, Healthcare, Robotics etc. These are built on top of CUDA - the NVidia API to their GPUs. The AI world is moving into "Agentic" AI - ie multiple agents orchestrated by the head honcho AI controller doing all sorts of things. Nvidia is having a seat on that table.
