thank you sir, I have paid for an NX CAM at university but my teacher didn't teach like that. He only teaches the basics and doesn't dig as deep as you do

@@CADCAMSOLUTIONSMEERUT aa gaya mujhe ye multi mcs....bt ek problem hai...facet body hide kr diya fir bhi...jab generat ho gaye hua program pe click krte hai to.. toolpath dikhata hai...but toolpath aise dithata hai jaise ki facet body se tool takra jayega pr...jb verify krte hai to machining hota hai....mtlb k facet body hide kiya hai fir bhi dikhata hi hai

I have an issue....in z level stagger ramping circular toolpath (like helical).... My toolpath breaks into linear moves and nx generate like a linear .... It should be an circular move.... When i verify animation...tool moves linearly in small segment to complete circle it polygon.... When this operation is post process and perform to machine ...finish workpiece and look from near it is like polygon with small segments..do you have any solution for this???

If your part file is imported from any other formats, this part surfaces are may be changed little bit. Kindly Optimize the part before cam operation by using Optimize face tool. Then regenerate your Tool path, It may be works.
