Use Red Unit 1st (Like FV Sasuke) bring down boss hp & then Purple Unit (Like Baryon Naruto) to ignore boss Invincibility & finish off.

Red units can only bring down 50% boss hp, after that Only Purple Units Can Ignore Invincibility & finish the bosses off.
