Having addictively watched a ton of NY apartment tour vids, I have to say that your apartment is one of the best ones for the price.

I live in Brooklyn also, and $2800 for this apt is great price!

This apartment is quite roomy, with all the amenities anyone would want, although I didn't notice in-unit laundry. Perhaps the building has a laundry area. The patio is a special benefit! I would also prefer closed cabinets rather than open shelving in the kitchen, and if I were going to live there for an extended time I might negotiate with the landlord to put some in. Nicely decorated without looking cluttered.

I have never watched any of your videos before. I love how you decorated your space. I love the green in your kitchen. Your so cute and before I saw your face at the end, I was picturing you a lot older because your voice is deep while narrating the video. Some of these videos where it says from a year ago, I wonder if the person is still there. Your apartment is very comfortable and stylish. My boyfriend Tom just moved into his own condo after selling his mom's McMansion because she passed away. His condo is very tiny in an old building but the complex and area has lots to offer. From the roof top you can see Maryland, the Potomac River, Washington, DC. I am living in a house and all I pay is the utilities and I do all the yardwork. It took me 2 nights after work to mow the back lawn because it is a large hill and I have 6 screws in one leg. The front yard is small. I moved in October 2019. I had lived in a condo for 20 years and my mortgage was 1467 a month which included 50 bucks a month for covered parking. I was in what was known ad the largest 1 bedroom in Northern Virginia. This is the ceeeutest little hook up. It is so eclectic! It is so me! I loved it right up until she showed the common area open to 'everyone in the building'. I wouldn't like that right outside of my very private terrace. But hey it is New York right?

Nice apartment. Buy a free standing cabinet to your kitchen shelf for dishes. Possibly an above frig. Kitchen cabinet.

If we could afford it, we would live in Muscat, Oman (Middle East) again. What a wonderful, beautiful, fantastic place to live. My hubby worked there for 2 years and we loved living there so much!! Oman is very interesting to travel as well as being close to many other countries to visit. We also lived in Manama, Bahrain (another wonderful place to live) and lastly, we lived in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Wish we could go back!!

Mine is the les, NYC. It's just always called to me. I'm hoping to move to Brooklyn in the next month and eventually make my way to the les.

really like your apartment. its awesome to have this for $2800/ month. somehow i think the books under the tv cabinet are turn down point..it should not put on the floors as you have many spacious spot to keep all the books properly.

I lived in New York in 2003 and the studio apartment was only $700. It was in Far Rockaway Queens on Sea Girt (I think) right on the beach. Anybody know how much those apartments would be now? I can't imagine paying $2800 in any parts of Brooklyn I've seen.
