You don't necessarily need meat as long as you're supplementing B12, and you can get iron from spinach, kale, broccoli and legumes - beans, lentils, chickpeas.. Just make sure you're getting enough nutrients to maintain your energy levels

i dont think you even realize how detrimental it is to people with ED’s or recovering from an ED that you constantly mention that you’re starving then dont do anything about it or you have ‘no energy’ from not eating , its actually so insanely irresponsible and I hope you realize you could be the reason to enable someone into an ED or relapse

hi ruby, im not sure if you read comments but i wanted to give you some feedback!! i love you and your videos but each one is sponsored, i understand this is your job but no viewers enjoy watching sponsors! many products you mention in the videos never are linked in the description box when you say they will, only your sponsorships lol as content creation is your job,, i feel your videos could be a bit more higher quality, like for example there was a repeat of two clips in the 8th minute or so :)) ive seen some people comment this already but you are always mentioning how starving you are but dont do much about it, which encourages ED behaviour, even if its unintential!! many people want to be like you and look like you, and you are fairly slim, so they copy your behaviour! anyways your body does not 'need meat' :) eating vegan is much better for you and the environment....

Hey Michelle, I am responding to this comment because I find it interesting that successful young woman cannot catch a break when doing their job. I just think there's a difference between constructive criticism and nit picking. If you don't enjoy the sponsorships, skip or better still - click off. Ruby does not force you to subscribe or enjoy, that is up to how you choose to spend your time. I do agree that comments about food can be triggering and it's good to educate her on that, however following it by criticising her diet is slightly tone deaf. Let's stop commenting on women's diets altogether!!! She seems to get a lot of this comments so don't take this as a personal attack, but it really seems that young girls don't like seeing other young girls put out content they choose to put out and succeed from it.

Thanks for entertaining me on Friday night. Better help eh? A lot of complaining this video. It's fine you're a wahman. I've regained the temperament; Joy: "Crisis, what crisis?" I noticed in myself via an astrology video, a pattern in my life that if I get down on myself, a desire I feel I can't fulfil, etc., if I follow that thought through I get really depressed. Pieces' feelings run deep. I'm glad I heard that, I'm aware of it now. Better late than never. I also noticed infamy spreads my fame, bad news seems to travel fast. There's a saying, "Do a hundred goods to a man and one fault, he will remember only your mistake." Perhaps I can utilize this as a stratagem in the future. I do something blameworthy, well then there is a buzz, gossip, interest. It's like that trope, girls like bad boys. Peaks people's curiosity or something. Lastly, that yellow skirt would of been pretty not disgusting in the hot bedroom...
