Several body language moments stood out to me about both of these actors here: +Gemma's body language shows her parent(s) raised her to be extremely polite & respectful. However, she is very honest through out most of this interview and is honestly communicating herself. +Even though she's a little tense b/c she's being interviewed (completely normal btw!!), her mind naturally leans towards happy-optimistic thinking. Very innocent, in a good way. +After her admission of "I LOVE YOU!" to Lucy Lui, her embarrassment was real. It was so real, she still felt it while sitting there at the interview table. +Colin does NOT want to watch Stranger Things. Lol! He was gracious enough to explain why other people might like it, but he didn't want to come out and say he doesn't like it. He really doesn't want to watch it. Lol, I do this too. +Colin's least guarded moment came when Gemma recounted what she said to Lucy Lui and he laughed like the cameras weren't on. +Another thing he doesn't like is being compared to is Merlin. He REALLY doesn't like being compared to it. Makes sense though, if you're an actor/actress who wants to experience more than typecast, you will put the typecast at arm's length from yourself so you can work in more freeing options. +However, when he made his dislike of comparison to Merlin known to the interviewers, he recognized how "mean" it might have sounded and immediately laughed so he might reassure them he didn't mean it to be "mean" or harsh personally. . But then he leaned back, distancing himself from the question about Merlin- and ended that answer. +Basically his thought process went from, "I REALLY don't want to talk about Merlin. I'm just starting to finally move away from it [acting wise]. Shut this topic down quick. Oops, I sounded like a jerk! Let me backpeddle a second- ok, it's ok. Yeah, let's not talk about Merlin anymore..." Over all, I like both of these actors. I like them for different reasons but I like them. In this interview, Gemma is childlike (in a good way- like happy/wonder) and Colin is very guarded. I fall between both of these actors, myself. Perhaps that's another reason why I like them.

I also noticed that Colin doesn't like to remember Merlin. I don't understand why!!! Still, it's the character that made him famous! I like almost every character played by Colin, but Merlin will always have a special place in my heart. I think it was a difficult role that forced him to do everything, and I do not see why he would treat him with a lack of respect.

@@mariacioros8870 I don't think any actor wants to be just remembered for one tv show. Cause any future tv shows would not have the some value to the fans. Take for example, Julia Roberts is only remembered for one movie- sound of music. No one care for her other movies.

I partially disagree. During Merlin, he was more tense on camera during interviews- a little guarded but he was partially open to the interviewers after relaxing a little. Now, looking at him here and in the BBC The One Show interview, he is far less "tense" as we would think but in actuality he is extremely guarded. Far more guarded now than he has been in the past.

dieKoninginderNacht Well this was a few years back maybe 5 years so it makes sense his confidence grew a hella lot. To be honest 'Merlin' helped with that; especially with the actor vlogs they did.

Why on every interview of Colin Morgan I see people calling him Merlin. Get over yourselves it ended 8 years ago (I still watch it all the time but separate the actor from the character unless the interview is actually about the show)

Sorry, as soon as they mention "Season 2" or "Hester" I just... get put off? I hate Hester an awful lot, and this is just bringing back bad memories of that character. But overall, Season 2 was pretty good. It's just... _Hester_
