Hey Everyone Hope all is well Today is a NYCHA Project Tour As you know This is NYCHA.I took the time to fix/give NYCHA A MAKEOVER some things I made NYCHA do because it is they job to fix certain things and the rest I did Myself I do not know if Nycha is coming to give these buildings a renovation how many buildings they are helping or renovating in NYC or not and I didn’t /don’t want to wait so I am sharing information that helped me along the way. Finally, a project tour where someone invest in their children’s room. I’ve seen a lot of project tours and the mother or parents room is done before the kids room if they even get to their room. I’m sure there’s more mothers/parents who does their kids rooms but this was so refreshing to see. Beautiful apartment!

Your apartment is so clean & it looks so amazing. You did an excellent job.. People love to look down on NYCHA. I always say it's not where you live it's how you live. You got me wanting to start doing KZfaq and show my apartment 😊 at 1 point. I was embarrassed, so I stopped. I do have one or two videos tho😅. I had the same trash can until it stop working. Thanks for the back to back videos. I put my microwave on the wall because we already don't have alot of counterspace

@lesliehenderson2424 we not Supposed to but we all do it. Shit I put my own Vinity and toilet. took the medicine cabinet down, put my own mirror. Painted the kitchen cabinets and Change the appliances, light fixtures.

@jasmineslife41 ok iktr I have done it in rentals with slack landlords who didn't care but our housing authority will have you in some boot legged repaired shit but let you do something to decorate or make it more liveable they ready to fine you fail your inspection and put you out it's crazy but I love what you did especially the eating table

It’s also about how you fix your place up & keep it up I know people who live in high rise beautiful new buildings & their apartments are not well kept & those that live in regular apartments as I call it & they look lush & lavish it’s about the way we choose to live not where we live beautiful apartment 👍🏽

Your apartment looks so beautiful 😻❤️ , I love the blue lights that you have around the ceiling, it looks a lot brighter and you have great decorating styles. Have you ever considered becoming a designer, you'd be good at that , I can see you on a HGTV show. You did an awesome job . And I love what you did with the sectional sofa by splitting it up.

Your home looks amazing. I grew up in the projects in NY as well. But just because you live in the projects doesn’t mean your home can’t be clean and put together. You did a great job creating a beautiful space

I like that your apartment is neat. It would be better if the refrigerator is not next to the stove because the heat of the stove causes it to damage faster. Perhaps if nycha would allow you to move it next to the dinning area. Also I like it that you’re able to have a washer and dryer in your apartment. Having those items in an apartment in NYC’s apartment is a luxury. I noticed that you do not have the washing machine water cycle underneath ( adherent) to the kitchen tube. Get a good plumber to do that type of job. It’s not costly. Enjoy your apartment & thank you for featuring on you tube.

Dryers aren't allowed in NYCHA apartments. I used to work for NYCHA.

Another Option instead NYCHA is Low incoming Housing they have new buildings all over NYC

It takes awhile to get into pu lic housing when you apply. It can be a matter of months or even YEARS. Depending on your situation. It's a long process. Just thought you should know that very important part.
