NYE, Melbourne, Australia -- Blazing fireworks equipment on it's spire threatens to destroy Melbourne's Arts Centre during the New Year's Eve celebrations, but the Melbourne Fire Brigade quickly put out fires on the centre's roof when burning debris falls from the spire. The blaze on the spite burns itself out without further incident.
