God has it really been 6 years since this dropped remember listening to this when it came out. Reminds me of happier times, great songs

Say no more. Best years of my life. I used to listen to a "chill radio 24/7" here on KZfaq but it got shut down and I could never find most of the songs on shazam, only now im finding the many songs and mixtapes that made me happy. Its so sad this genre got forgotten man. Now its all AI or shitty commercial artists.

I think the sample from Cowboy Bebop (Faye's English dub) is expertly placed and a reminder of just how *good* Cowboy Bebop's performances were. The delivery is so. damn. sad. You can absolutely hear her trying to convince herself of it while she pours a drink.

Been a while, since I dropped a line, or walked a mile, in my own shoes with a little pride, but the beat on this track, reminds me, of that old beaten track that led back home, back to a place, before roads less travelled, most twisted, before roles unwanted, left self distorted and thwarted, back to a place where all I wanted was an ounce of sunshine, a neat little rhyme, something that made you, or at least me, thinking of you - smile.
