This is one of my favorite dishes.
I travel to Penang quite frequent before MCO, buying few tub of Nyonya Acar from Pulau Tikus pasar & brought back to KL. I kept it in fridge & slowly consume it, but it ended quite fast because I can’t resist!
But due to the pandemic, we can’t travel cross-state for almost one year. I’m craving for it T.T so I make it myself at home!
Although it’s a big project to make Nyonya acar, but you won’t regret it at all. I’m drooling now…
这是我最喜欢的佳肴之一。
在马来西亚管制令还没有实行前，我常槟城和吉隆坡往来。到槟城，一定光顾槟城Pulau Tikus的巴刹，购买好几罐娘惹阿杂回吉隆坡。收在冰柜里，慢慢食用。但是通常很快就会吃完了，因为实在是太好吃了，忍不住一直吃。
可是这一次，管制令实行也快一年了，一直无法跨州。真是馋死我了。所以，就在家自己动手做了起来。
虽然说简单，但是却很多步骤。当然，所付出的努力，是值得的！
