我会用比較不一樣的方式來呈现的煮食,糕点和烘培教學影片和大家分享。
今天做了兩種口味的椰絲椰糖糯米球(番薯和香蘭),裏面帶著爆漿的香甜滋味,真的很棒!
爆浆的椰絲椰糖糯米球
《食譜》番薯糯米球:
120克 番薯 (蒸熟後,搓成泥)
50克 糯米粉
2-4湯匙 清水
1茶匙 油
搓成軟硬適中的團後,分割成15粒左右(每粒大約12克)
《食譜》斑斓糯米球:
70克 糯米粉
50毫升 香蘭汁(5-6條香蘭剪小段,100毫升清水打汁,過濾)
1湯匙 細砂糖
1湯匙 油
搓成團後,分割成10粒左右(每粒大約12克)
內陷
100椰糖 (切細)
1湯匙 細砂糖
攪拌均勻
100克 白椰絲+ 少許鹽 蒸熱待用

Ondeh-ondeh (sweet potato and pandan flavors)
Hi! Hello everyone!
I'm Shadajie ! Also a hobby of cooks! I will present different cooking, pastry and baking instructional videos to share with you.
Today I making two flavors of coconut glutinous rice balls with Palm sugar (sweet potato and pandan), which has a burst of sweetness, which is really good!
《Recipe》 Sweet Potato Glutinous Rice Ball:
120g sweet potatoes (after steaming, press into mash)
50g glutinous rice flour
2-4 tablespoons water
1 tsp oil
After kneading into moderately hard and soft dough, divide them into about 15 pieces (about 12 grams each)
《Recipe》Pandan glutinous rice balls:
70g glutinous rice flour
50ml pandan juice (5-6 pieces of pandan leave cut into small sections, 100ml water is used to make the juice, strain)
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 tsp oil
After kneading into a dough, divide into about 10 pieces (about 12 grams each)
Filling
100 Palm sugar/ Gula Melaka ( chopped)
1 tablespoon caster sugar
Mix well
100g shredded white coconut + a pinch of salt, steamed 5 minutes and set aside

Hai Shadajie.. Selamat tengah petang, senang lihat rakam video u, sekarang bulan 1 dan hari ke 15 ,saya akan buat ondeh ondeh untuk sembayang, selalu beli Ang ku dan Me ku, makan sampai jumu yah.. 看到odneh-odneh就会勾起一段回忆…记得孩子就读幼儿园时,学习制作后要求带回给父母吃,结果,还没回到家已被她自己吃完了😂 谢谢分享

sorry, that one typo error, no yeast put into boil water, the meaning is cook a boil of water.
