19:24 for me today. I found a hidden 49 pair in column 1 unlocked it for me today.

9:10 In fact, there is a hidden triple in column 2. 11:50 Often, when I encounter the threat of a deadly pattern, I color a cell (or cells) orange and cornermark my prediction for the cell. In this case, my prediction is that one of the 568 cells will be an 8. 14:10 You referred to the 79s as a prospect for a triple. Column 2 has a 246 triple, which creates a 379 remainder triple.

12:59 for me, but you solved it much more elegantly. I like to pencil mark way too much.😅

I finished it, slowly and methodically. I'm good with doubles, but the key for me was carefully looking at each box row column for a unique digit. Solved it when I got stuck later on in puzzle, realizing that Box 4 only had one four! I was missing dumb things like that after getting down to the nitty gritty

Very nice. This was a straightforward and fast solve for me as well today. I started with the NY Trick in Box 8 and the rest of the solve collapsed during my corner-marking. My solve essentially paralleled yours.

Is there roping in the center band? Around 9:30. I didn't watch the entire video but in the parts I watched, I don't think it was mentioned. I used it but am not sure it was OK to do so or if I was technically guessing. 137, 256 and 489

The middle band does end up being roped, but you can't be sure of that at that timestamp. Roping is only confirmed when you can prove two identical triples.
